Refund Policy

Overview

AppealAI offers a Free plan and a Pro subscription. Because our service involves the immediate generation of AI-produced content, our refund policy differs for each plan type.

Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no charge. No payment is collected, so no refunds apply.

Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Because appeal letters are generated and delivered immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds for completed billing periods.

However, we will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Technical failure: The AI failed to generate your appeal letter and the issue could not be resolved within 48 hours of your report.
  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a payment processing error.
  • Unauthorized charge: A charge was made without your authorization.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain full Pro access until then and will not be charged for the following month.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. Please include:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date of the charge
  • A brief description of the issue

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
